I may move to Verizon from AT&T but if I sign up with Verizon, I will have to wait for the iPhone 5, which may take a month. Does Verizon allow you to sign your contract & pay for your phones but not activate the plan until your phone arrives? I will have to cutoff my AT&T plan but I can't wait several wks until the Verizon phone arrives, nor do I want to pay for 2 plans for a month. Any answers to this question will be appreciated.
You will choose a plan, order your phones and simply wait. When they arrive THEN you can port your numbers over and start your new VZW contract
