network extender no longer working. All lights blue. ( good connection). But phone doesn't connect and I get not connected message when I dial #48 to confirm connection.
We certainly want to get you back to business where you need it the most, freeo. have you recently made any changes to your router or via the Whitelist settings on your My Verizon account http://www.vzw.com/myverizon? Have you restarted the Network Extender or router since this began?
