I live in 92591 Temecula CA and have been experiencing extremely slow speeds all around the promenade mall. I am on unlimited and have a 22 GB limit before throttling occurs. Has anyone else noticed slow speeds in this area. Or in their own town has anyone noticed slow speeds due to congestion
congestion can happen any time that's why unlimited data is not good for user who use more than 10gb a month in my opinion .
