I signed in prepared to buy two new phones and sign up for a new contract. Chose upgrade devices, picked the first phone, picked "continue" and got a "page not available" error. At that point all was lost and there was no hope but to start over. I tried a few times and got the same result. Contacted a rep by chat, who told me to erase all the cookies from my browser, then, when that didn't work said "sorry" and told me he couldn't help. Just like, yeah, we don't need your business, bye. I tried on Chrome and IE and got the same result... so I simply can't get new phones without dealing with some kid at a kiosk at the mall or something. Very lame customer service.

You can call *611 and order the phones or go to a Verizon store if you can't get the web site to work for some strange reason.

If you go to a kiosk, you will not be dealing with VZW Corporate.
It may be a time out issue when attempting to place the order. I just went thru the process, minus committing and all was fine.
