I had a phone shipped via UPS, The phone never made it to me, but for some reason is being returned to the warehouse in TX. I need to get someone from the warehouse to ship the phone to me. Any help is appreciated.

Do you have the tracking number? Were there multiple attempts to deliver the package? Did UPS hold the package for a few business days before returning to the sender?

The package was original shipped to me and I requested to pick up the package. But UPS got this messed up. Now I am charged for a phone which I did not receive it. This phone is on back order and I will not receive a new one until next year.

Once it gets sent back and credited back to your account you can order it again or go to a store and buy it.

Once the phone is returned to the warehouse they are unable to send it back out to you. Once it has reached the warehouse and they log in the return you will be refunded for the purchase. You will need to place your order again. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
