NETWORK EXTENDER coverage and 4g???? weird

Okay, have the network extender working great. BUT, phone is showing no bars and is showing 4G data.  I dial the #48 and it states "you are on the network extender coverage". okay..........So, why is it I have no bars and phone shows 4G, when the network extender is not 4G compatible?  Should I be concerned about either?  thanks.

@psf1957,

No need to be concerned. If you're able to make/receive calls and access the Internet without any issues then you don't have to worry able the number of bars you see.

Thank JohnB_VZW......Everything still working great. Calls, Text on NE and data is running on 4G!!!!  Love the phone (samsung galaxy s3).  thanks again and have a great day.
