Switching to Verizon to get a pixel 3 phone is just about the stupidest thing I've done in recent memory. Why is reception so absolutely horrible in 93312? Half the time my clients say I sound like a robot and I've already had 3 dropped calls this morning, which I would say is about average. Just terrible. As soon as this contract is up I'm going to have to go back to AT&T unless you can fix it.
We are sorry to hear about your service issues. I would feel the same if my connection was not what I'd expect. With regard to your service issues, when did this start for you? Are there others in your area that have the same concerns?
