My bill is high and im on deployment hardly using my phone at all

My bill is over $500 and im over seas very seldom on using it. Want to see if i can get assistance on explaining / break down why its so high.

If you are overseas, without an international plan or a local SIM (for smartphone) then any usage will result in international costs per minute, per text, or per MB data usage fees.

If you have access to a computer to view the detailed breakdown of exactly what the charges are for, it will give you an idea of why the bill is so high.
