This is primarily a customer-to-customer forum. While VzW reps do respond to some threads, it isn't guaranteed ... and they only respond to threads marked as questions, and this one isn't. And to provide further bad news, if you repost the thread to mark it as a question, that's considered duplicate posting and is against the forum's Terms of Service.
Bottom line: you'd receive quicker service if you called Customer Service.
