Well on my screen I see budone as a admin. Also Sydney is a employee of verizon for sure. You can tell by her comments... A bank loan to pay a phone bill when he is already having money issues...
You are still wrong with your assumptions. Both are just customers just like you.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Just go and don't pay verizon wireless. You evidently via your own post cannot afford the service. Just go out and get that $45 all you can eat prepay. Then stiff verizon until you completely ruin your credit. Hey what can you lose.
Its a shame this all happens around holidays. And having personal issues really is not a concern of Verizon Wireless. And via your own words you cannot be trusted to keep your agreement with financial services, so why should they trust you or your word again? They won't.
Sydney gave a reasonable solution, barring not knowing how deep in the financial hole you are. Your reply was totally uncalled for. And Community Leaders are not moderators. They are customers that have helped many people posting on this forum. They do not work for verizon wireless. Verizon wireless people have the verizon avitar and sign their names as such.
In any case good luck to you, a change of attitude would possibly get you a better chance at verizon helping you. But who knows.
Enjoy the upcoming holidays.
Good Luck

Ok you admit you could pay them on time. You then state you made payment arrangements and by your own admission was not able to keep that promise to pay. No somehow Verizon is he bad for not allowing you yet a third chance to pay you bill and keep service. Since you failed TWICE to pay Verizon under what logic could the reasonably expect you to keep your word this time?

Hmm, another illiterate on the verizon forums. Please learn to read before
you try and demonize me for missed payment arrangements. As a side note for
number cruncher muss ... I've been with Verizon over five years and have
never missed a monthly arrangement this is one month (with an inflated
payment) that's 59 out of 60 arrangments kept which means 98% of the time
I'm keeping my arrangements. You're right Sir why should they trust me...

I forgot to ask, how is VZW 'stilling' from kids? Because they will not
bend over backwards for you and let your bill slide?
It is sad to say, but it is an entitlement world now

Verizon4tl, so you just joined this forum two days ago for the sole purpose of adding inflammatory comments on a topic you obviously know nothing about. Come back when you understand how business works.

Life is tough at times. You just got to do what you can do and continue on. Do not blame a company for doing their job. Everyone knows the price and what happens if a line is broken out of contract. So with that being said you should of just changed your plan and lowered your bill and just kept the other line. Maybe suspended it instead of getting rid of it until you could afford to get rid of it. That is what I would of have done. Then you could of had a phone without all the high costs on you at once.

Thanks waimon. I completely agree with you and your opening actually felt
like you read what I said and gave me an effective come to jesus speech.
Can you teach these other people how to be kind and blunt without being
patronizing. I wish you and yours a great holiday!

Why should a corporation care about anyone's sob stories? Verizon Wireless provides a service in return for money. If they don't get their money, they don't provide the service. If you're late providing money, they don't let you use the service until money is received. That's what business is all about. If you're looking for a bleeding heart who cares about your plight, I suggest avoiding coporate america.
