What is mobile to mobile? How does it differ from regular minutes? Are any calls to a# that is not a land line "mobile to mobile"?

"Mobile to mobile" refers to calls from one Verizon cell phone to another Verizon cell phone. These minutes do not count towards your allowance, regardless of the time of day the calls are made.
Calls to other mobile carriers' phones do count and are deducted from your monthly allowance if made during peak hours.
Hope that clears it up, and post back if you have further questions.
