Monthly charges for application

I downloaded some apps and games for a 9.99 rate, but am being charged each month when I access them. Is this correct? I thought it was a one time flat rate not a flat rate AND a montly access charge.

If you downloaded the unlimited uses option for the games and apps then no you should not be charged each month for the app, however depending on the game or app you could be charged for MB usage for using them, unless you have Vcast Vpak or are on an America's choice plan where it uses airtime.
