I am getting the same error. Unable to authenticate. I have the galaxy not 20 ultra. I have turned off roaming reset phone, reset network settings. Still unable to authenticate. Please help!
I know it's been a few days, but we have not overlooked you. The Mobile Hotspot can cause that error if the plan that's active is the Start Unlimited plan. What is the price plan that your phone is on?
