on my main account line it will not allow me to "set up" my mobile hotspot it directs me to the website but never can I find the add on. I know my plan includes this service because it is active on my other 3 lines (which never had to go through the setting the hotspot up on those like it is requesting me to do on my main line) How do I get this fixed
