I've lost both of my phones in the process of moving. I have insurance on both phones and I tried to report to the claim center and i forgot my claim number and I have the other claim number for my other phone but it's not accepting the claim number. I have no phones at all. Tell me what to do. I've tried to chat with the representives on here and I'm not having any progress. I need some help asap.
