My wife's Ipad started acting up today, and we called Tech Support, talked to Sandy. She was friendly, didn't talk down to us, and helped us solve our problem quickly. What a pleasant change of pace! This is in contrast to almost every other brand of Tech Support I've had to deal with. Kudos to Sandy, and I hope she gets a raise.
