I switched from a Corporate plan to a Personal plan, just as the new "unlimted" plans rolled out - the one that went from "we can throttle you when you pass 20+GB/month" to "we can throttle you any time". I use 4-7GB/month, max.
This is what I'm getting in the center of my 30K population town - not exactly a metropolis. If I'm going to get this on a regular basis, I'll be moving. Any comments on whether this is what I should expect during the day anywhere there are a decent number of people?
Upload is fine, making me think this isn't just a coverage issue. It's up and down the main street in the center of town.

We want you to always enjoy your service, rdspear, and would never want to see you leave the Verizon family. Let's take a closer look at what's causing these speeds. What zip code is this happening in? Which unlimited plan did you opt for?

Satellite on a cloudy day is faster than that...looks like Go Unlimited. I've always hated go/beyond/now above. Should have kept things they way they were instead of confusing the customers with bad offers.

it's deprioritization not throttling. please learn the difference. Center of 30K town during the day of course you're going to encounter congestion. Unless your center of town has a half dozen Verizon towers or more. which doubt. 30K is a large town to many people. My whole county is 16K.
