Is the increase for unlimited data plan per line?

I know vzw is changing more now for people that still have the unlimited data plan by $20. My question is $20 per line that has unlimited data or is it $20 per Account?

It is per line for each line that has the unlimited data plan on it.

Everything I've seen says it's $20 per line with unlimited data.
