We couldn't make or receive calls and texts for the last two days. Anyone knows if there is an outage right now in Tigard OR?

Good afternoon! I'm shocked to hear you weren't able to receive calls and texts. I'd be happy to help from here. I checked and didn't find any outages in Oregon at all. Can we check some settings on your device to ensure you have the best signal. Is Roaming enabled and LTE? - Carter
