not a Vzn rep, just another user and forum voyeur with intermittent time on my hands. I do work with a lot of Verizon plans and phones, but claim no affiliation or expertise. I support a large number of cell phones so I try to keep up to date.

I too feel frustrated, I made a complaint with the BBB. Verizon has not been able to give me a clear answer for months. I wish I would have know about this Scam before sending my IPhone 4s in great condition.
