I was made fun of and spoken to as a child when I'm the age of 17.

I went to a local Verizon Wireless retailer to upgrade my phone with my parents. This place was nice, until the service. My phone data plan is unlimited, but apparently that isn't being offered anymore, so if I upgrade they won't allow me on that plan anymore and put me on a regular data plan. My data usage was in the higher 100GBs, which I was skeptical about, turns out when I checked my data usage it said "Removed apps and users 132GB", this was in the month of May, I don't know what that means and I don't know how it climbed so high when all I use my phone is for occasional videos and texting other friends and peers. He then said I wouldn't suggest upgrading in the most condescending way and ruined my mood and pissed me off at the same time. When my parents were attempting to work something out with him, he showed my data usage to his other co-workers at the desk, which the all spoke under their breathes "200GBs?" and laughed quietly and stared at me. That was the last nerve.

Their address is: 11089 Pines Blvd, Suite 404, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026

I forgot to mention, is there anyway to get this to the store or to any verizon employees who can help me out? I am truly dissatisfied.

What are you dissatisfied with?  If you want to keep your unlimited data plan, you have to buy a phone outright for full price...meaning no Edge agreement or subsidized contract. There's no way around this. You can get a gently used phone from Swappa or eBay.

And 200GB of data per month is more than a "few videos and texting."  You should be able to tell exactly how much data is being used by your phone on My Verizon.  As an FYI, Netflix or YouTube in HD can stream at 5-7 GB per hour.

200GBs?  Yeah, that's abuse.  I don't care what people think unlimited means.  Verizon had the right, according to your agreement, to terminate you long ago.  I never went over 5-10GB when I was without home wifi/internet and only had access via phone, but I never used the hotspot or tethered via USB or Bluetooth either.  You got lucky in that respect.  There's folks right now pooling 10GB on 4-5 lines and getting plenty of use without going over.

First, upgrade at full cost and keep your unlimited, then start to manage your data so that when you lose unlimited you have a handle on how to budget use.

Using more than 100 GBs per month would be considered extreme data usage. The other poster is correct, if you want to keep the unlimited data plan on your line, you or your parents have to purchase a new phone at the full retail price not the Edge payment option or the two year contract price.

I don't use near that much data, but I choose to pay full retail price in order to keep the unlimited data plan.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Regardless of your usage habits, they should not have treated you that way. Try to overlook their rude behavior and be the better person, you sound intelligent and capable of doing that. Also, like everyone else has stated, you probably weren't aware of your excessive data usage habits. I know my son wasn't until he had to start paying his own bill. Try to always use wifi instead. If you should happen to pay your own bill in the future, data usage that high without an unlimited plan will give you a very bad case of sticker shock and make your tummy hurt too!
