Richard was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous on the call. Prior to getting Richard on the line I was bounced around for hour and a half between various departments that were hanging up on me. Not only Richard followed up on the complex issue himself he was also checking in with me to alleviate my anxiety and report on his progress. I want to pass the word to his supervisor Melissa (I asked him for the name) -- she has one good man on her team. He will go far. Because of him my view of Verizon changed 180 degrees and to the positive in the span of 30 min.
