I see that I'm not alone in the experience that I have had with customer service. So, I won't even bother to get into the specifics of having been lied to [multiple times], ignored, dismissed, and completely abandoned by customer service.
One Verizon representative makes commitments that elicit commitments on my part that another representative says are not possible and subsequently offers token appeasements that are never delivered. This in any venue qualifies as a racket.
