I've been a Verizon wireless customer for many years in exactly the same place with good service.  Two weeks ago, network problems started and I've had sporadic service approx 20% of the time at best ever since.  I've had multiple calls and chats and there is a trouble ticket.  Each time I've finally talked with someone they say they're working on it and have no info or ETA.  Each time they've said someone would pro-actively contact me to update me on status.  No one has ever contacted me and I have no service, and there appears to be no way to send an email to customer service.  This is horrible service and not at all in alignment with the company commitments.  If I get no love tomorrow, I am switching to AT&T.

Thank you, I spoke with Sequoya in Wireless Executive Offices and she

issued a credit and came up with a proposed resolution that I will try.

Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

She noted that no one ever called or contacted me to update on the issue

as was promised, or to advise me that the trouble ticket was closed and

ask if my service was OK. This is clearly not good customer service and

should be addressed.

Sequoya was very professional and courteous and saved this customer for now.

HA.  Trying to.. chat is closed, called 3 times now (via Skype cuz no service), once on hold for 47 minutes currently on hold again...show me where Verizon customer service email addresses are.

Here is one better. The link is to the head of Customer Service John Bianchi. go into the link and you can email him. he will give it (or I should say the person that monitors his email box) will give it to a Customer Cares person to contact you.

Verizon does not use email for customer communications.  You can call *611 and say "agent" to get past the prompts or do the chat thing.

I definitely don't want to lose you! Have reliable service is a must and I can understand how frustrating this whole situation must be for you.

You mentioned that a trouble ticket was filed. Do you have the trouble ticket number? Usually once a trouble ticket has been resolved you will receive a call from the representative that filed the ticket.
