I want to know.... by mistake I signed up for my bill to be paid automaticaly every month from my debit card. I just made a payment on the phone and I think I pressed the wrong number to be enrolled in that plan and I want to be taken off. Can you help me.... or find out if that is what I did by mistake.

Log in and see if you are now enrolled in autopsy. If so, you can change it back to how ever you like.

I made a wrong payment. Pressed the amount passed due to pay passed due bill.  When I pressed the pay bill I pressed pay whole amount before I noticed it was on full amount. I using my mothers debit card for this payment. I would greatly appreciate if you would please put the balance of my next payment which is not due till the 30th of December 2012. There is no link to cancel when mistakes are made, as on other bill pay sites. Please place the balance of $130.30 back on her card. I will pay the passed due noticed on the 3rd. I had permission for the$129.99 ONLY!! This is not her bill it's mine. I

Since the amount you paid has been billed I do not see the charges getting reversed and if so it will be as a credit to the account.   Basically once the amount it posted to account it is a due balance and do to this I really dont see a company returning funds and credit a account for a balance that is due.

I understand it isn't past due but the balance has been billed and once it is billed the customer is expected to pay it at any time after that.

I agree that you should try contacting CS and see what they are open to doing about this situation..   Good Luck.
