I have poor coverage in 97078

We have 3 iPads, 5 iPhones and one regular phone on our account.  We have been users of Verizon for awhile.  We just moved in June to a new location and the CELL RECEPTION IS HORRIBLE in and out of the house.

When we drive into the neighborhood, we will often had dropped calls at the corner of 209th and Rosa Road, or 203rd and Rosa Road.  I was just walking and the connection go so bad my boss asked me to walk back 10 steps from where I was standing and it got  a little better.  In the house, (built in 70's, 2 stories, asphalt roof, wood construction), we have dead zones where the call will drop.  We have to huddle near the window of the living room to keep a call alive.

This service reminds me of my early cell phone experiences in the 90's.

What can (or is) Verizon do(ing) to improve cell coverage and reception in the neighborhood?  This is at a point that I am considering giving up on my employee discount with Verizon and shifting the family back to AT&T.

The chances of VZW constructing a new tower is unlikely.

However you can contact VZW to see if the NRB (Network Repair Bureau) can go out to the Problem Location and perform network maintenance. This may or may resolve your issue.

jsundin,

Congratulations on your recent move. Getting the best available service where you need it most is very important. We want to be sure we're able to look into what you're experiencing. In checking  your zip code though, we're not seeing any alerts or abnormalities on the surface that would cause trouble. How far away from this area do you have to travel before service improves? How many bars/dots of signal are you receiving on your devices when you're having trouble?
