I feel that Verizon has made it very convenient that once a cell tower falls no one can get ahold of Verizon customer service. They only give phone numbers. Guess what Verizon I can't call you? I have been with them for 7 years and they have never treated me as a loyal customer and now this? At least contact me. I heard some people got e-mails. I hope you realize people are mad and deserve a refund. Or maybe you could give a better discount to your loyal customers on new phones. Right now I get the same deal as anyone who walked into your stores.
