I have a hotspot and I am in an extended 4G coverage area. Now as a today it tells me I have entered a roaming zone, please confirm. Whats up with this?

Is it still occurring? I ended up roaming two days ago where it is verizon service. I rebooted and all is well again. Maybe power cycle the device
