I can't make/receive calls in my house - I just keep dropping them. My phone will say I have 2 bars of 4G, but when I go to make or receive a call, it drops to 1 bar of 1X. I have a Samsung S6 that I just bought this past December. I don't have any trouble with my land line, and my roommate has a Nexus with no issue as well. I don't seem to have an issue texting - sometimes if I'm trying to send or receive a picture message, it'll take a bit longer to send/download.
Is there anything I can do to increase service/reception in my house??? I'm on call with my job, and not being able to answer calls at home is a huge problem.

It's been on-going, but it has gotten worse over this past month. I used to be able to stand still in my kitchen or on my back deck and at least make a call, but I can't even do that anymore.

I just checked the coverage map, and it shows Verizon 4G LTE.
I just moved into the house this past December, and I haven't made any major changes - painting, misc. repairs, but nothing major. I haven't tried to call Verizon yet. I guess I should just do that.

I want to make sure that you stay connected with your family Joolie567. What is your zip code? How far do you have to go in order for it to get better? Does it work outside of your home?
