I don't have an Edge agreement

I have made several phone calls in the last few weeks to get the Edge agreement cleared from my account.  I don't have a device on edge.  I don't want edge, Now if I wanted to purchase a device, edge or not, I would have to pay the balance of an edge agreement for a phone that I don't have and return the iPhone that I purchased directly from Apple. 

The worst part of this situation is that the last three customer service representatives I spoke with understood the problem, genuinely seemed to care and advise they were going to speak with their supervisor and call me back.

Still not one phone call....this sucks.

If a commitment was given then it should have been kept! I apologize that this did not occur. How was the Edge agreement added to your account? Was this done in the store via customer service? We can review your account, please accept my follow and send us a direct message.
