Signal strength in my area is very poor. Verizon store indicates known problem with local towers. No one can tell me when it is getting fixed.

I would contact Verizon Wireless customer support and provide them with the zip code and physical boundaries of the area in question. When could Verizon Wireless resolve such a situation? The greater the number of complaints logged against a particular area, the greater the possibility that it will be investigated quicker.
