I can't find my ringback tones. Just got a note 5, deactivated my advanced calling options and activated my ringback tones app. Where can I find my already purchased ringback tones?
You should be able to see your ringbacks in MyVerizon, on the phone app or at verizonwireless.com. Log in and go to my plan features -
They're not showing up. I spent some time online chat, they tried some things, but they are still unavailable. I have been referred to a Team Specialist. Thanks
