I am in a new sub division north of town and receive horrible signal in my home. I find it crazy that I have to buy a booster or according to your customer service find a new provider. Guess my $150 a month isn't that important to Verizon. Is there a way to keep reporting a trouble area until it is fixed? WE have two iPhone 5 phones that have the same issue 1-2 bars tops. Iso 8.1 seems to have only made is worse.
