How to File a Complaint?

I was curious about how I would go about filing a complaint about a Verizon experience I had yesterday. I went in to a nearby Verizon store yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience. As someone who has been a Verizon customer for some time, I was surprised. I would like to be able to share my feedback with the company but can't seem to locate a customer service contact email anywhere on the website. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There isn't an email address. You can use the USPS mailing address available on the Contact Us link at the top of every Verizon Wireless web page.

The complaint department is in the 3rd sub-basement, down the hall, in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet in a disused lavatory, with a sign saying "Beware the Leopard!". Watch the stairs and bring a flashlight. You'd have better luck writing your complaint on a brick and trowing it in the ocean.

You have to mail in a hand written/typed letter to Verizon. The mailing address is listed on your bill.

look on bottom of any page on site here, look for corporate responsibility, and you will see a long list to contact. take your pick. faster than a letter.

What sort of complaint?  Service, customer care, device, plan, account, billing......give them more info so that they can respond with better direction.
