How long have I been a customer?

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out how long I've been a customer? I know its been at least 5 years, but I wanted to know my exact date. The chat option is turned off at the moment and I would really like to find out from a representative my start date. Thanks for helping!

We're just customers here.  Call *611 and maybe they can tell you.

At your convenience, please give us a ring at 1-800-922-0204 or dial *611 as we do have your activation setup date on file (you can also chat if they're available). Or feel free to send me a direct message including your name, mobile number, and billing system password (or last four of your social security number if a password isn't present) so we can check things out. Being a customer almost 20 years, it should be right on the top of our account with a message saying "thank you for being a loyal customer with us at Verizon"

FYI posting this message isn't my time zone lol
