Why don't your Social Media Reps reply to my Private Messages? I've sent numerous messages on FB. They all reply send us a PM. I do, they do not reply! Why? Your Customer Service is worse than Sprint was when I left 3 yrs ago. That's bad. Now I hear their support has improved. Also cheaper plans, unlimited data, upgraded towers, etc. I can even go with TMobile. They will buy me out, unlimted data & lower priced plans. So with poor support why should I stay with VZW?

Your trying to get to Verizon customer service....from Facebook? Just call 800-922-0204
Before you switch to T-Mobile, make sure you try out their network with a free Test Drive phone. Local service for me was pretty bad.

I've called, I've chatted gone thru Executive Relations, no one knows what the issue is. If I go to the VM app it asks me to upgrade to visual. I have basic, one rep says it's free but vzw says it's $2.99 a month. If I decline & go back it still asks me to upgrade.

There are TWO Visual Voicemail options from Verizon Wireless. The basic visual voicemail version is available for free only on certain phones. The standard visual voicemail is $2.99 per month. If the VM app is asking for you to subscribe, then it looks it is going to the standard visual voicemail. To use the basic non-visual voicemail, you don't use the VM application. You call in through the dialer.

A week ago it changed from where I could go to the VM app to now I can't. I am not subscribed to visual voice mail. VZW says tru the app I can access basic voice mail.
