How do I report a possible tower issue?

Area code 80863. An incoming call rings, I answer and get about three seconds before the distance end can no longer hear me and all I hear is my own voice echoing. Happens to both my phone (RAZR MAXX) and my wife's phone (Samsung S3). Has been happening for about a month. Thanks.

Call Verizon and have them open a network ticket.  A tech will drive to that location to test.  Call back 2-3 days later, don't wait for them to call you, and check the status of the comments input by the tech.  You may be given options as to how to improve service or there may be a logical explanation.
