I just updated from an iphone 4S to a 5S and my ringtones are gone. How do I get them back?
Which tones did you lose? Ringback tones or Ringtones? Those are two different types of tones and have very different functions.

Restoring from a backup in iTunes should work if your ringtones were backed up with the phone previously on iTunes
