My phone went into emergency call mode and I tried all my passwords. It says if I try 3 more that are wrong it will reset itself and erase all my data. What do I do?

We sure don't want your phone to reset on it's own. Let's see what we can do to help. Is the device an Android or an Apple iOS device? Is it asking for an Apple ID or a Gmail account? Did you recently change your password? Please elaborate for me.
