Please help me find a simple and effective way to link my new phone to my existing backup assistant contacts
Hi donnageich! I'm sorry for any trouble in backing up your contacts to your Prepaid phone! Here's a link to assist you w/this. http://bit.ly/RiTYIV If you still need assistance, please contact our Prepaid Department directly. Your best bet is to call them when you have both phones with you, calling from an alternate phone. The number is 888-294-6804. I'm sure they will be able to assist you in transferring your numbers if you still need help. Have a great day!
