When I first started my plan with them, I told them that I do not want access to make international calls. Recently, however, one of my employees accidentally called internationally and it is charging me $81.67. They are charging me for a service I told them to cancel. I cannot find anywhere to complain other than here, so I'm writing here. Please help me find a proper way to complain and get my money back.
Why not take that amount from the employee who made the call? Not wanting international could have be mistaken for you didn't want an international package so it defaulted to pay as you go.
