Sign in and click the "My Services tab" at the top. When it brings up your phone click the go button which should be to thr right of your phone. Then when it brings up the next page, it should also bring up a small section of information to the right of your phone. Where it will list your contract expiration date.

Thanks so much!

Another question - if I were to upgrade my phone in June like it says I can, does that renew my entire contract, so that I can't cancel it when I wish without paying a fee? What is the termintation fee?

Yes, that renews your contract for two more years. Meaning you would have to pay the termination fee. The fee is $175 for early termination. But, it goes down by $5 every month you have active service under this new contract.

Hope this helped.

Hello kkzmom11! I'm very sorry to see that you're considering leaving Verizon Wireless! I do hope that I can change your mind. Please let me know if you have any concerns or if you're looking for services that you haven't found with Verizon.

In answer to your question, yes you do have the option to keep your number. The process is called Local Number Portability. Once you have selected the carrier you want to move to, give that carrier your mobile number. They'll gather the details about your Verizon Wireless account and then contact us directly to request the port. Once completed, your Verizon Wireless account will be disconnected automatically. If done prior to the end of your Customer Agreement (as you stated), an Early Termination Fee will be assessed and billed automatically.

Again, I would regret seeing you leave, so please let me know. Thanks!
