How can i report a coverage problem?
I live nearby on Waller near Divisadero. Some time in April 2017, our cell coverage diminished and began dropping calls. Enduring life with one dot on the iPhone has become a drama. We've used Verizon here for years and are very concerned, as you can imagine. Insights into what happened and what can be done? Any help appreciated.

What can be fine is calling tech support from another phone and filing a ticket. You aren't gonna get this resolved in a peer to peer and not direct link to customer service forum.
