The way Verizon customer service reps treat you and lie to you is just sad. You think Verizon could care less if you stay a customer or not. Time to start shopping around.
I mean really it should should not take talking to 9 different people just to get new SIM cards so I can upgrade some current phones and add more money to my high bill already. You’d think they be I. Top of getting more money a month. But that’s how much they care.
After being a customer for so long it is very disappointing that they just lie to get you off phone with them or if they get disconnected don’t bother to call you back. Very very sad.
Rude to all the reps who get out there and fix problems.
