I added my whole household to my plan in Nov because they all had a different carrier and I was the one with the trouble free network.    They were all excited to get the same great service I had so they switched to Verizon and even switched to Iphones.   I have had the junkiest service and the weakest signal since now that I upped my plan, than when I joined Verizon, and needless to say the others are less than thrilled as well.    Hours have been spent on the phone with reps trying to "fix our phones".   Having to do a network reset several times a day isn't cutting it when I just increased my phone bill by almost  $300.   It's embarrassing to convince people to by your product and then to have us all get worst service than a trac phone.    I'm done talking to reps that run me around in circles and say "well if you spend $50 more a month then you can get better service." when I just spent $300 more.   Where I am sitting right now, I got full signal since 2013,  and since Nov I struggle to get even one bar. Your reps seem to be clueless as to why and only offer that I spend more money to get the same quality of service that I had at $100 a month.

  I touted Verizon for 5 years and now Verizon has made a mockery of all I have said good about yall..

Which plan do you have? Did you purchase new phones for all of the lines you added to your account? How much of the bill is for the service and not phone payments or insurance?

The site says that I have the mix and match plan. Four of the six phones are new, which comes out to about $77 a month for the payments. My wife got insurance on the phones so I'm not sure of that amount. Honestly the whole point of it is that I went from near perfect service to the worst service that I've had with any phone company. Verizon got four new customers that were expecting my old service (that I rubbed their nose in) but now are supremely angry because they can't even have a simple call and want to go back to their old phone service. My wife had the call to Verizon dropped 5-6 times trying to sort the problem out. The fix was "for $50 more we can get you……" needless to say, that didn't go over well..

If most of the lines on your account are on the Go Unlimited Plan, then you could be deprioritized behind customers and other lines on your account if they have the Beyond Unlimited or Above Unlimited Plans.

I blame the Go Unlimited plan and to a lesser extent going iPhone for your poor experience.

All 6 are on the Beyond unlimited plan. So I'd have to go up to the Above Unlimited? Everyone in central fl must be on the above unlimited then because I am rarely getting two bars. No one on my plan does. The other sad part is that the question was specifically asked if it was going to do what it is doing now and the two guys working the store said "Nope there wont be any difference at all." That's what sealed the deal.

I've had Iphones since 2013 and love them. I'm on the beyond plan. So apparently you have to go to the super above and beyond plan, $$$, to get the service that everyone else gets for far less money.
