Help! $42 vague surcharge in addition to gov and other fees!

Log into your account. Click on VIEW BILL, Choose VIEW PRINTABLE BILL. This will break out each line item and explain how the charge was determined.

If a new line $36 is part of that charge.

When i done my Upgrade Budone On my first Maxx i go $35.00 off but it Cost $35.00 So the $35 that was to help me Really didn't and i payed for Upgrading) But on the Second Device it worked out a Wii Better)  but if i would played my cards Right i could of got in on the BOGO Dill that Verizon had at when i got my First my second one would've been free..

My hair would go grey if my bill went up! I definitely want you to receive accurate bills for your services.

As you mentioned this is your first bill, there is generally activation fees for $35.00. You can find these charges on page 2 of your bill. What do you see on page 2?

First bills are generally higher as well, due to partial month charges. For example if you start service on the 15th and your bill cycle is on the 30th, then you will be billed for a month of service in advance and the half of month from the 15th to the 30th.

Ha. I hope you saw that as friendly, good natured joking around. Of course I wouldn't want you two to eat cat food.

As for the mysterious charge, go to the "view printable bill" in the "My Bill" section and go to the line that has the charge - it should explain it a bit better. Stuff like that is usually a 1x charge.
