THIS ORDER WAS MY SECOND ORDER THAT WAS PROCESSED OVER THE PHONE.  THE FIRST ONE HAD THE UNIT NUMBER. THIS ONE DOES NOT

I am so sorry to hear of the issues with the address on the order. I do apologize that once the order is submitted and shipped the address is not able to be adjusted. I would suggest closely tracking the device and see if they have been able to successfully deliver the device without the unit number. If they have not been able to deliver the device I would then reach out to the shipping carrier.
