How did you get in touch with Kevin Zavaglia, the President of New York Verizon region???

I am having difficulty getting to the top. I feel like if I COULD get someone to hear my story they

might be outraged at the sequence of events that have occurred with Verizon since October?

Use this link. You can click on his name below next to where it says

"contact" andthey give you a contact form to send. However don't expect

much help. Someone called me to follow up and didn't seem very outraged at

all. It was like business as usual, let us throw a couple of coins at you

to shut you up!

I found something rather interesting today. In the search box for verizon.com type in "legal action".

Check out "Arbitration & Mediation" FAQ. This may be a place to initiate some well deserved action.
