Greedy

I just added two lines to my account. Saw the phone online but went to get it in the store. They charged me an extra $50 because it was an online offer. So for the second phone I buy it online. BTW when I signed into my account, the price went up. Finally when I call customer service the give me the sale price. I try to have the contacts moved over to the phone I purchased online and they tell me it's a $40 charge. This is in addition to the $30 activation fee per phone.

Verizon - quit gouging loyal customers. You're moving to comcast levels of **. It's just a question of when you lose my business.

Unfortunately, you didn't visit a Verizon corporate retail store. You visited an third party reseller called "We R Wireless". Third party resellers can charge any prices they want, which includes a ridiculous $40 to transfer contact information.

What is the address for the retail store? I've never seen a Verizon corporate store charge to move contacts.

You can buy online and pickup at the store, as long as the phone is in stock. Of course, that is ONLY corporate stores.
