I recently dropped my previous galaxy s6 in a pool. Today a new galaxy s6 came in the mail. I did all the steps and tried to activate it, but when I do, it just says "activation incomplete". My SM card is in and I am connected to the internet. I've tried restarting it and taking the SM card in and out but it keeps doing the same thing. Any help?
Are you connected via wifi or cellular? I've had to turn off my wifi and use the cellular network ONLY when activating. Once the activation goes through, then you can turn wifi back on.
I have had to call Verizon from another phone to activate a phone that has never been activated on my line before.
